Dog Licenses

State dog licenses are available for purchase by all Delaware County residents at the Health Department, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Click to download a form that you can complete and take with you when purchase the license.

License fees are as follows:

For Residents Under Age 65

Spayed or neutered $6.50
Not spayed or neutered $8.50

For Residents Age 65 and Over

Spayed or neutered $4.50
Not spayed or neutered $6.50
