Haverford "Green"

Haverford Haverford Green is seeking volunteer gardeners to help with two community gardens on Darby Road. A member organization of the Haverford Civic Council, Haverford Green is an informal group of neighbors who developed the beautiful gardens on Darby Road. One is located in the triangle adjacent to the Chinese Restaurant (where Darby Road splits just before intersecting with Eagle Road) . The other is at the Darby Road and Brookline Blvd. intersection.

Almost two decades later, your neighbors are still maintaining the gardens and helping to beatify our township! They do need help, however. If you would like to join Haverford Green  for occasional garden plantings, maintenance and planning sessions, please contact haverfordgreen@gmail.com.
